Health Care Data Analyst

We are seeking a Health Care Data Analyst to join our team. They must have strong technical skills with database administration and development skills. The Health Care Data Analyst is responsible for programming scripts used for updating databases, migrating data, running reports, importing and exporting data, and repairing data anomalies. This individual will develop database scripts using SQL programming and other scripting and data transformation tools across multiple environments. Further requirements should include the use of Python for data management and wrangling. Individual requires to have good Excel knowledge (basic coding and formulas)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support technical processes using SQL objects (tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, SSIS packages, etc.)
• Perform data mining/cleaning/validation
• Use excel for data analysis and manipulation
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent required
• 2\+ years of experience with data analytics and development in SQL Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or SQL Server
• 2\+ years of experience with scripting language (Python)
• Expert problem solver with attention to detail. Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of relational database design
• Experience using MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables \& VBA Macro)
• Strong technical oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake/S3 is strongly preferred
• Any reporting experience (SSRS, Tableau, BI) is preferred
• Knowledge of RegEx is preferred
• Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred
