Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior Scrum Master

with strong

banking domain experience

and a proven ability to lead enterprise-wide programs. This role requires someone who can balance

business and technology

, drive Agile execution, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead enterprise-level programs and projects across cross-functional teams

🔹 Drive Agile delivery within a maturing PDLC framework

🔹 Manage business requirements, process flows, and critical milestones

🔹 Provide program status reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios

🔹 Identify risks/issues and recommend strategic solutions

🔹 Conduct audits to ensure project scope and standards are met

🔹 Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders

🔹 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices

🔹 Manage multiple projects and resolve scheduling conflicts

🔹 Build and maintain project knowledge repositories

Required Skills \& Experience:

✔️ 5\+ years of Program/Project Management experience

✔️ Strong Agile/Scrum expertise (JIRA or similar tools)

✔️ Solid Banking / Financial Services experience (

Must Have

)

✔️ Excellent business acumen with technical understanding

✔️ Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination

✔️ Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint

✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills

Desired Skills:

✔️ Experience in Wealth Management / Banking Technology

✔️ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
