Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, driven and entrepreneurial individual to join as a key member of Radial’s Procurement team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a diverse spend profile—ranging from security and waste management to specialized industrial equipment—with the primary goal of driving bottom-line value. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will serve as a key business partner, transforming operational requirements into high-performance vendor partnerships. This role is fully remote but requires occasional travel to Radial headquarters in King of Prussia and Radial sites across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership \& Category Management Develop and execute a long-term vision for the Facilities Services portfolio, identifying "quick wins" and innovative breakthroughs that align with industry trends.
- Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize spend and deliver measurable contributions to the organization’s bottom line.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shift the focus from price to TCO, driving continuous improvement and innovative service outcomes.
- Sourcing \& Vendor Excellence Lead complex RFP processes to identify, qualify, and secure high-performance supply sources that meet evolving business needs.
- Negotiate vendor agreements that ensure favorable service terms, mitigate risk, and protect company interests.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key vendors; lead quarterly business reviews with key suppliers to keep them accountable for cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration \& Standardization Collaborate with corporate functions to standardize procurement best practices, facilitating better planning and enterprise-wide savings.
- Build a strong professional network within Radial and our parent company, Bnode, to share best practices and drive standardization.
- Champion the adoption of procurement excellence by coaching the team on standardized workflows and industry-leading methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field is required. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 5\+ years of experience in category management and strategic sourcing of facility services in large enterprises with multiple locations.
- Strong project management skills with proven record of successful project delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven record of driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem solving skills with proven record of autonomously delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Travel:
This position is remote. Travel is required approximately 15% of the time, mostly to locations in North America and occasionally to Europe.
