Role Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive

IT Project Manager

to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives.

You will be the bridge between our business objectives and our technical execution, ensuring that software development, infrastructure, or system integration projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management:

Lead projects from initiation through closing using

classical

and /or

Agile

methodologies.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on project health, risks, and milestones.

• Resource \& Budget Tracking:

Manage project budgets, allocate internal resources, and coordinate with third-party vendors.

• Risk Mitigation:

Proactively identify bottlenecks and technical risks; develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

• Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive and detailed project documentation.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Experience:

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience specifically managing

IT/Technical projects

.

• Technical Literacy:

A strong understanding of software development processes; ability to "speak the language" of developers and engineers.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certifications (Preferred):

PMP is a significant plus.

• Soft Skills:

Exceptional negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
