Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for handling laboratory equipment, performing routine and specialized tests, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves preparing specimens, conducting analysis, and supporting laboratory operations to meet compliance standards and enhance research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using a variety of Laboratory Equipment and related technologies
• Strong Laboratory Skills and experience working in lab environments
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes and standard procedures
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for accurate data interpretation and problem-solving
• Prior experience working as a Laboratory Technician
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• Familiarity with CLIA or CAP regulations is a plus
