What You’ll Be Doing

• Work on core coding assignments along with code review.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team, ensuring high-quality code and development best practices.
• Lead the design and development of complex software systems, taking ownership of both the architecture and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
• Innovate and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that can handle the growing demands of our expanding user base.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• B.Tech/BE from a premier institute.
• 6-8 years of experience with high scale tech-product companies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, with a deep understanding of cross-platform development.
• Experience in managing projects and making architecture decisions.
• Expertise in Agile practices and familiarity with continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Ability to tackle complex problems and produce high-impact, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Bonus for experience in a start-up/product-focused environment.
