About The Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll build multi-channel campaigns, optimize funnel performance, and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to scale our go-to-market efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated demand-generation efforts across email, paid social, content, webinars, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
  • Develop and optimize nurture journeys that increase MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion rates using data, AI insights, and automated workflows.
  • Develop and execute forward-thinking strategies for both traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure strong visibility across Google search and major conversational AI platforms.
  • Produce landing pages, ad copy, emails, multimedia content, and AI-generated assets that directly support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and upsell opportunities.
  • Use AI tools and agent-based workflows to automate content creation, lead generation, audience targeting, personalization, and follow-up at scale.
  • Analyze performance data and maintain dashboards to track CAC, ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously research, test, and implement new tools, content generation methods, and automation systems to accelerate growth and unlock new demand channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with revenue targets, improve lead quality, and support AI-enhanced outreach.
  • Partner with Product on launches, messaging, and positioning.

Requirements

  • 3\+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience building AI-driven signaling and automated outreach campaigns using tools like Clay, Octave, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and a deep curiosity or background in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms, generative AI models, agent-based workflows, and marketing automation use cases.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, especially for email, landing pages, and ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with a strong bias toward action.
