Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Country Manager
to lead our business development and sales growth in the
solar inverter and BESS sector
.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the renewable energy industry, strong knowledge of
PV inverters, energy storage systems, and local market channels
, with a proven track record in developing distributors, EPCs, installers, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for
PV inverter and BESS products
to grow market share and revenue.
- Build and manage local sales channels, including distributors, EPCs, installers, system integrators, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, C\&I, and utility-scale solar and energy storage markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local policy changes to support business decisions.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, negotiation, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Work with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to support partners, campaigns, and product localization.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in
PV inverter, BESS, solar energy, or related power electronics industries
.
- Proven experience in channel development, distributor management, and key account sales.
- Strong understanding of PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and local market dynamics.
- Existing network with distributors, EPCs, installers, developers, or energy storage partners is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for business needs.
