Physician Assistant (PA)

Duties: (see www.draswani.com and www.Arroyo-Oaks.com)

• We are a 14 Provider Multi-Specialty Group with a focus on Primary Care
• Provide primary care to patients of all ages, from young adults to the elderly
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
• Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in CA
• Master's in Medical Sciences OR

-Certification as Physician Assistant OR

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult, Pediatric)

• OR Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience is preferred , however new grads will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards and best practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
