Director of Physician Services

Hospital system looking to bring on Director Physician Services! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!

Provides leadership, direction and ongoing administration and management for all aspects of Physician Practice Management and ensures policies and procedures are implemented for efficient, effective management of all programs. Responsibility for all aspects of Physician Practice Management's financial and operational performance and is accountable to communicate and implement Group and Hospital strategic initiatives to meet the program goals and objectives. Reports to the CEO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree AND graduation from a program in Health Care Management or Business Administration
• 10\+ years of experience managing physician practices
• Live in NM or be willing to relocate within 45 days
• Ability to (infrequently) travel within the service area to outreach locations. Less than 50 miles
