Job Description
Millennium Communications, a Unite Digital Holdings company, is looking for a part-time Senior Designer who is both collaborative and hands-on—someone who can produce high-quality creative work across digital and print projects while working closely with internal teams and clients. This role calls for a detail-oriented professional with a customer-focused mindset, strong UI and graphic design skills, and the ability to contribute effectively in client meetings and team discussions.
You’ll support the design of Branding, UI, Print, and Marketing for all client and internal work, ensuring that design elements align with the project brief and established brand guidelines. You’ll also help maintain the overall quality and consistency of creative deliverables across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy
- Support the development and execution of design concepts that align with project goals and client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to bring creative ideas to life.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the design industry.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, presentations, and creative discussions.
Operations
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain attention to detail and quality control across all deliverables.
Design Production
- Act as an independent contributor on a variety of design projects across digital and print.
- Create high-quality UI designs, branding assets, marketing materials, presentations, and print/PDF deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to support creative problem-solving and project success.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- 5-7\+ years of experience as a designer in an agency or enterprise setting.
- Strong experience in UI design, visual design, and print/PDF production.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of front-end development principles and digital design systems.
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity, including WCAG best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Collaborative communicator who works well with both internal teams and clients.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and adaptability to changing priorities and client feedback.
- Dependable, solutions-oriented, and committed to consistent quality across projects.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or ClickUp is a plus.
