We are currently working with a leading MEP contractor delivering large-scale commercial and high-rise residential projects across Texas. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on multiple Electrical Foremen.

These are major projects, with total site values up to $160M and electrical packages around $10M, offering strong exposure to large, complex builds.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned electrical scope, managing both manpower and materials on site
• Work closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to maintain project flow
• Enforce and promote high standards of safety and quality across all works
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate field teams to ensure productivity and performance
• Monitor progress and ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• 5\+ years’ experience managing electrical scopes on commercial or high-rise projects
• Proven experience running scopes on multi-million dollar projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management ability
