Marketing Coordinator

Overview

We're looking for a hands-on marketing coordinator who wants to do more than post on social media. You'll work directly with our VP of Sales \& Marketing and touch a bit of everything: print design, our online store, email campaigns, website updates, blog posts and social content. If you like variety, pick things up fast and take ownership without waiting to be told, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Design and update catalogs, cut sheets, flyers and trade show materials in Adobe InDesign
• Manage product listings, images and content in our Shopify store
• Build and send email campaigns and update website pages in HubSpot
• Plan, create and post social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Write and publish blog posts on products, projects and industry trends, with basic SEO in mind
• Prepare product images and simple graphics for web and print
• Help with trade show prep and new product launches
• Keep marketing files, assets and brand standards organized
• Support other marketing and sales projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator a plus)
• Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
• Comfortable learning new software quickly (HubSpot, Canva, AI tools)
• Strong eye for detail and clean design
• Clear written communication
• Self-starter who follows through and asks questions when stuck
• 1 to 3 years of marketing, design or e-commerce experience, or a strong portfolio that shows what you can do
• Degree in marketing, graphic design or communications is a plus, not a requirement

Pay: $24\.00 - $30\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25\.0 per week
