Data Scientist

The Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist with strong data engineering and visualisation expertise to join a growing Data \& Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle from building scalable data pipelines to delivering clear, impactful insights through Tableau dashboards.

You’ll work with large, complex datasets, combining data science, engineering, and visualisation to deliver solutions that drive real business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using PySpark and SQL
• Process and analyse large, complex datasets in distributed environments
• Develop data science solutions using Python (analysis, modelling, automation)
• Create high-quality, interactive Tableau dashboards to communicate insights clearly
• Translate complex data into intuitive visualisations for non-technical stakeholders
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across data workflows and reporting
• Contribute to production-ready, scalable data solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 2\+ years’ experience working with Python, SQL, PySpark, and Tableau (all essential)
• Strong experience building end-to-end Tableau dashboards (data prep to design to delivery)
• Hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing and pipeline development
• Solid understanding of data transformation, modelling, and working with big data environments
• Ability to work across both data science and data engineering tasks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights
