Entry-Level Recruiters

. You’ll get hands-on training, real-world experience, and the chance to make an immediate impact while building your professional skill set.

What You'll Do

• Source top talent

using job boards, social media, and networking tools

• Screen candidates

through phone interviews and assess fit for various roles

• Build relationships

with candidates and guide them through the hiring process

• Support hiring needs

for a diverse range of clients and industries

• Collaborate with senior recruiters

and account managers on job orders

• Track your progress

using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools

• Learn and grow

through daily coaching, peer shadowing, and on-the-job training

What You Bring

• A recent Bachelor's degree in any field (we value all majors!)
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Eagerness to learn and jump into a new, fast-paced environment
• A competitive spirit and motivation to hit goals
• Comfort with multitasking, time management, and adaptability
• Interest in HR, recruiting, business, or people operations
• 1 \+ years of recruiting experience
