We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven recent grads to join our growing team as
Entry-Level Recruiters
. You’ll get hands-on training, real-world experience, and the chance to make an immediate impact while building your professional skill set.
What You'll Do
- Source top talent
using job boards, social media, and networking tools
- Screen candidates
through phone interviews and assess fit for various roles
- Build relationships
with candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Support hiring needs
for a diverse range of clients and industries
- Collaborate with senior recruiters
and account managers on job orders
- Track your progress
using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools
- Learn and grow
through daily coaching, peer shadowing, and on-the-job training
What You Bring
- A recent Bachelor's degree in any field (we value all majors!)
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Eagerness to learn and jump into a new, fast-paced environment
- A competitive spirit and motivation to hit goals
- Comfort with multitasking, time management, and adaptability
- Interest in HR, recruiting, business, or people operations
- 1 \+ years of recruiting experience
