We’re hiring a Leader of Social Media \& Influencer Marketing to lead our creator ecosystem, own our social presence, and turn every studio moment into something worth sharing. You’ll shape how the world discovers Gem, build buzz around new market openings, and lead a small but mighty creative team that brings our brand to life every day.

Responsibilities

:

• Grand openings that feel like cultural moments, powered by creators, community, and smart partnerships
• A year‑round marketing calendar full of collabs, seasonal moments, and “reasons to return”
• A thriving influencer ecosystem with authentic, long‑term creator relationships
• A vibrant social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Community engagement that feels warm, fast, and unmistakably Gem
• A creative team that thrives on clarity, collaboration, and experimentation

Qualifications

:

• 5–7\+ years in social, influencer, or brand marketing
• Experience leading creator programs and managing partnerships
• Strong creative instincts and a love for storytelling
• Deep fluency across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, AspireIQ, GRIN, or LTK
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills
• A proactive, confident communication style
