What You'll Do:

• Lead the Vision:

End-to-end responsibility for the company’s Data \& AI strategy, from conceptualization to implementation.

• Mentor \& Grow:

Manage, inspire, and grow a talented team of data professionals.

• Drive Business Strategy:

Be the business's "Data Focus"- analyze user behavior, churn, retention, and engagement to provide actionable insights that dictate our strategic direction. Tell us what we

Pioneer the integration of AI solutions across the entire company.

Who You Are :

• You are currently a successful

Team Lead

with proven experience in managing 3-5\+ people, You are over-performing and hungry for ownership.

• You come from intensive, high-scale Big Data environments (E-commerce, FinTech, AdTech, SaaS).
• Deeply technical in AI/ML, but possesses a strong business acumen. You understand how data impacts the bottom line.
• A proactive "builder" personality with a passion for innovation and a "can-do" approach.
