Job Description
The
Local Store Marketing (LSM) Coordinator
plays a significant role in driving customer engagement and sales performance by planning and executing hyper-local campaigns, promotions, and events, enhancing brand visibility at the store level. This role serves as a liaison ensuring system-wide strategies are localized effectively and tailored to each stores.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in store-level or field marketing, preferably in food and beverage/retail industry
- Knowledgeable in project management and marketing operations
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to travel to local branches for execution and monitoring
