Our client is looking for a relationship‑driven

Customer Success Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms that drive retention
  • Run regular business reviews to showcase ROI and utilisation insights
  • Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities across customer sites
  • Build a deep understanding of customer operations and strategic goals
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve issues and elevate the customer experience
  • Monitor account health, flag risks early, and implement retention strategies
  • Keep Salesforce updated with account plans, renewal timelines, and pipeline activity
  • Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets for renewals and expansion

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B account management or customer success
  • Proven success hitting renewal and expansion quotas
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate value
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
