Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1\. Strategic Brand Building

  • Develop and execute global brand strategy to enhance the company's brand influence, trust, and industry voice in the digital finance sector.
  • Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and communication tone, ensuring alignment with both innovation-driven values and regulatory compliance.

2\. Growth \& User Acquisition

  • Design and optimize user growth models, leading key market campaigns (e.g., new market entry, product launches).
  • Deeply understand user segmentation (retail, institutional, developers, etc.), develop targeted marketing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value (LTV).

3\. Marketing Innovation

  • Monitor trends in digital finance and technology industries, rapidly adjusting marketing strategies to capture emerging opportunities.

4\. Team Leadership \& Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate brand, growth, product marketing, PR, social media, and content marketing teams to establish efficient collaboration mechanisms.
  • Work closely with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

5\. Global Localization

  • Develop regional marketing strategies (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) and manage local partners (KOLs, media, communities).
  • Ensure marketing content complies with local cultural, linguistic, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. 8\+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a Marketing Director / senior marketing leadership role.
  3. Experience in digital finance, fintech, or internet platform industries, with familiarity with platform operating models, user profiles, and compliance frameworks.
  4. Global market experience: proven track record in leading overseas market expansion (especially North America, Europe, Southeast Asia). English must be proficient as a working language.
  5. Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and strategic thinking skills.
