y:The Global Compensation Analyst role supports the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization''s compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with business strategy. Reporting to the VP of Global Total Rewards, this role is vital for ensuring consistency, equity, and scalability in compensation practices worldwide. ies:• Apply and reinforce the company’s job architecture and leveling framework glob
ally• Support compensation program design to enhance simplification, standardization, and eq
uity• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to align roles with organizational stra
tegy• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using survey data (primarily Aon Radf
ord)• Provide strategic guidance to maintain market competitiveness and internal eq
uity• Support compensation pricing for new roles, promotions, and structural cha
nges• Partner with Finance and Sales Operations on commission and incentive plan design and govern
ance• Assist with plan modeling and cost analysis to ensure pay-for-performance align
ment• Review commission structures for consistency with company philos
ophy• Support annual compensation processes ensuring accuracy and alignment with g
oals• Analyze compensation outcomes for equity and competitiveness to inform leader
ship• Serve as a primary contact for compensation inquiries across reg
ions• Provide expert guidance to HR, managers, and employees on compensation decis
ions• Audit compensation data in Workday HCM, resolving discrepan
cies• Maintain documentation and controls suitable for a public com
pany• Contribute to strategic compensation initiatives and ad-hoc anal
yses• Develop reporting and analytics for HR, Finance, and leader
ship• Support ongoing improvement of compensation processes and govern

ments:• 3 to 6\+ years of experience in compensation or total r
ewards• Practical experience with market pricing and survey data, including Aon R
adford• Experience supporting sales incentive or commission
plans• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
Excel• Knowledge of job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary b
anding• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential infor
mation• Preferred: experience in public company, SaaS, or high-growth enviro
nments• Familiarity with other survey providers (Mercer, WTW, Culp
epper)• Experience with HRIS and compensation tools such as Workday, Anaplan, Pa
