Franchise Business Coach

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Franchise Business Coach who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs turn goals into measurable results. As a Franchise Business Coach, you will partner with franchise owners to strengthen business operations, improve financial performance, increase revenue, and support long-term growth. Through proactive coaching, performance analysis, strategic planning, and accountability, you will help franchisees identify opportunities, overcome obstacles, and execute against clearly defined business goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong business and financial acumen with a consultative coaching approach, brining a balance of relationship building, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a results-oriented mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted business advisor and strategic partner to an assigned group of franchise owners.
- Conduct recurring one-on-one coaching sessions focused on business performance, profitability, operational execution, and long-term growth.
- Help franchisees establish clear business goals, develop actionable strategies, and maintain accountability for execution and results.
- Ask thoughtful, business-focused questions to identify underlying challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and guide franchisees toward effective solutions.
- Support franchise owners in areas including business planning, revenue growth, P\&L analysis/management, sales performance, customer experience, team development, and operational efficiency.
- Coach franchisees through business challenges while encouraging ownership, sound decision-making, and consistent execution.
- Adapt coaching strategies based on each franchisee’s experience, business maturity, market conditions, goals, and performance needs.
- Equip franchisees with the tools, resources, knowledge, and best practices needed to build sustainable, profitable businesses.
- Analyze franchisee performance using key financial, operational, sales, and customer metrics.
- Review profit-and-loss statements, revenue trends, expenses, labor costs, material costs, margins, close rates, average ticket, lead conversion, and other key performance indicators.
- Help franchise owners understand the financial drivers of their businesses and translate performance data into clear, actionable priorities.
- Identify performance gaps, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with franchisees to develop targeted action plans with measurable goals, timelines, and defined outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, management, or a related field.
- Experience within home services, painting, construction, remodeling, or another service-based business model.
- Business coaching, leadership, training, or franchise-related certifications.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within the residential or commercial painting industry is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of painting-business operations, including estimating, pricing, production management, job costing, labor and material management, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Knowledge of painting-industry products, processes, terminology, customer expectations, and operational best practices is highly valued.
