Position is that of a Engineering Planner responsible for team support for AEGIS ships while undergoing Modernization at multiple continental United States and international locations.
Planning
- Develop and maintain period of performance based manpower and material budget plans for all LM and LM subcontract personnel.
- Assist in development of Earned Value Metrics for waterfront sites in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain Statement of Work for all LM and LM Subcontractor support for the local AMT.
- Develop and maintain catastrophe recovery and communications plans for all LM and LM subcontract personnel at site.
- Assist in development of proposals for contract extensions or replacement contracts as required.
- Assist all LM AMT personnel with administrative needs.
Reporting
- Assists LM Test Manager prepare weekly reports.
- Assist LM Test Manager prepare monthly financial reports.
Who You Are
You are a dedicated ESH professional with over 8 years of experience as an ESH leader in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. You excel in leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and possess a thorough understanding of ESH management systems and regulations. Your expertise will drive our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
