Family Pillars Homecare is seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We are currently hiring nurses in Broward and Palm Beach County in Florida. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. Boca Raton - RN needed for SOC for Foley Care

Deerfield Beach - RN needed for SOC

Lake Worth - RN needed for SOC - IV and Wound vac

Cape Canaveral - RN needed for SOC and IV.

NURSE RESPONSIBILITIESRN f

Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.

Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.

Monitor and document patient condition and progress.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.

Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE VALID RN FLORIDA LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE

MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.

MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.

MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS

MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS.

MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN AHCA.

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.

MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
