Full Job Description

We are hiring Digital Growth \& Sales Strategists to support digital outreach, growth strategy execution, and consultative sales conversations within our remote financial sales operations. This role is ideal for proactive, analytical, and results-driven professionals who are comfortable managing digital engagement channels, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding prospective individuals through structured conversations.

You will combine digital outreach strategies with consultative communication, helping generate engagement, nurture prospects, and support individuals through established systems and next steps while maintaining organized tracking and performance accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Execute digital outreach and engagement strategies across multiple channels
• Initiate and manage structured conversations with prospective individuals
• Present program information clearly during phone or virtual consultations
• Identify growth opportunities through digital engagement and follow-up
• Ask qualifying questions to understand individual needs and goals
• Schedule, confirm, and complete phone or virtual appointments
• Track outreach activities, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, notes, and progress updates
• Collaborate with team members to improve outreach and growth strategies
• Participate in optional training and performance coaching sessions
