Digital Marketing Coordinator

REPORTING TO:

VP Ecommerce \& Digital Marketing

LOCATION:

NYC Metro

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating the brand's digital marketing efforts across email, SMS, paid media, and e-commerce channels. This role serves as a key link between marketing, creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time, customer journeys are optimized, and business objectives are achieved. The position combines campaign management, project coordination, performance reporting, and cross-functional communication to drive customer engagement and online sales growth.

ROLE \& RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure holistic marketing journey from marketing communications through to site, working with E-commerce and Digital Marketing teams to create an optimized customer journey
  • Own e-commerce and digital marketing calendar
  • Own creative briefing process for email, SMS and paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, Content Creators) and relevant site updates correlating with campaigns
  • Work closely with Creative team to ideate on and provide recommendations for social first, engaging, creative content across marketing channels to help push the boundaries on what we can do
  • Work closely with Merchandising and E-Commerce teams on product performance and strategy to optimize communications from end to end
  • Provide linking direction and merchandise recommendations for digital marketing (email, SMS, paid media)
  • Own reporting and data analytics for email and SMS (working with our CRM vendor)
  • Own email and SMS campaign creation, testing and arming of campaigns
  • Own handoff of all paid assets to paid media vendor, working with our Marketing Operations team to ensure timely delivery of assets, feedback and approvals across teams
  • Attend all Digital Agency and internal content meetings with the VP, E-commerce \& Digital Marketing to ensure high-priority initiatives and shifts in business are addressed in a timely manner and flow through to marketing, marketing operations and creative teams
  • Monitor digital project execution to ensure initiatives progress according to timelines and roadmap
  • Coordinate cross-agency communication and initiatives to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Work closely with the VP, E-commerce \& Digital Marketing to own file and deck updates for weekly business review

QUALIFICATIONS \& REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of professional, non-internship experience required
  • Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform)
  • Experience with Klaviyo (or similar platform) and audience building, campaign building, scheduling, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills across site and digital channels
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills across multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
