Data Scientist (Lead Generation)

to help us tell that story better than ever.

What You'll Do

As part of our fast-growing Lead Generation team, you'll sit at the intersection of data science and customer acquisition — building the models and strategies that connect people to the financial solutions they need. You'll report to our Director of Data Science and play a central role in powering our ping tree and offer wall-based acquisition channels.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll own:

• Build and maintain predictive models for conversion, approval, funding, loss, and lifetime value across acquisition funnels
• Develop lead scoring models that prioritize high-quality acquisition leads
• Support real-time lead valuation, routing, and acceptance logic
• Design and execute A/B tests to sharpen model accuracy and drive better outcomes
• Automate data pipelines and reporting to fuel smarter, faster decisions
• Evaluate new lead sources and traffic types in partnership with our Marketing team
• Collaborate across Credit Risk, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to move the needle together

What You Bring

You're proactive, self-driven, and take real ownership of your work. You love solving complex problems and turning messy data into meaningful action. You also bring:

• 2\+ years

of experience in data science with a focus on digital lead generation or customer acquisition

• Hands-on experience with

Python

(Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, SHAP) or R for building and deploying ML models

• Strong

SQL

skills for data manipulation and analysis

• Experience with

credit-based customer acquisition

in financial services or consumer lending

• Proficiency in reporting tools like

Tableau

or

Power BI

• Clear, confident communication — you can translate complex models into business insights
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
