My client is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company transforming the way high-performance compute is delivered. Operating some of the world's most advanced GPU and CPU clusters, they're enabling AI teams to train, deploy and scale the next generation of machine learning models.

They're now looking for a

Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

to join their global support team. You'll play a key role in delivering world-class support across their cloud platform and HPC infrastructure, working alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot complex Linux, cloud and datacentre environments while developing expertise in AI technologies, InfiniBand, parallel storage and large-scale GPU systems.

Required Skills:

• Customer-facing technical support

• Linux system administration

• Network troubleshooting

• Cloud \& datacentre infrastructure

• Infrastructure troubleshooting

• Incident management

• Excellent communication skills

Experience with HPC, AI or GPU technologies is a bonus, but not essential—full training and support will be provided.
