What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a key resource for the PMO, fostering relationships between IT and various customer constituencies
• Ensure the efficient operation of well-managed systems to support organizational goals
• Establish and maintain communication channels between business, IT, and relevant stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans addressing key issues, performance metrics, and deliverables
• Supervise project resources necessary for task completion, including Business Analysts and Solution Architects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and toolsets, including waterfall, agile, and scrum
• Strong skills in planning, issue escalation, problem resolution, and metrics reporting
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management experience in a healthcare environment
• Over 5 years of functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations
• Experience managing multi-hospital projects and large-scale initiatives
• Project Management Professional certification
