Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and techno-functional

Business Analyst

to drive requirement discovery, solution definition, and implementation support for AI-driven automation platforms.

1) Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into structured use cases and platform-based solutions.
• Create BRD, FRD, FRS, and comprehensive functional documentation.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure requirement traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Craft User Stories, Use Cases, and workflow definitions.
• Prepare Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Flow Diagrams, Functional Architecture, and End-to-End Solution Architecture documentation.
• Develop Solution Design Documents to clearly represent system interactions and dependencies.
• Draft API documentation and integration specifications.
• Work with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate technical implementation.
• Translate business use cases into AI-driven automation workflows.
• Contribute to Generative AI and LLM-based solution design initiatives.
• Apply prompt engineering concepts to enhance AI-driven outcomes.
• Support development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) showcasing AI automation capabilities.
• Define test scenarios and participate in functional and technical testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and client validation.
• Ensure alignment between documented requirements and delivered solutions.
• Coordinate with sprint management tools (GitLab, Azure/VSTS, JIRA, etc.) for tracking and delivery alignment.
• Partner with presales, product, and delivery teams to define scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

2) Skills and Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, automation, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, FRS) and solution design artifacts.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of ERP integrations with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc., is an added advantage.
• Understanding of AI automation platforms and Generative AI concepts.
• Exposure to prompt engineering and LLM-driven use case design is preferred.
• Experience working in structured delivery environments using sprint tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
