An Innovation team is a future-forward ecosystem that explores and experiments with emerging technologies to anticipate the future of luxury. By pressure-testing ideas internally and externally, we accelerate innovation and prepare the House for transformative shifts in business, technology, and culture. This team also incubates external ventures to support the exploration and validation of new market and business opportunities for the business. The ideal candidate brings technical innovation advisory, hands-on development with creative and AI technologies, and end-to-end digital platform management. This is a dual-focus role: part innovation technologist, part digital operator.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Shopify's Liquid templating language
• Familiarity with AI development tools, LLMs, APIs, and cloud-based AI services
• Ecommerce experience (Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical and data fluency—able to synthesize insights from multiple platforms into recommendations
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI principles
• Experience in luxury retail is not required, but a genuine interest in the intersection of luxury, culture, and innovation
• Startup experience or a background working in an agile, dynamic environment
