Senior Analyst, SCS Sourcing Strategy \& Operations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1\. Reporting \& Data Analysis
- Retrieves, consolidates, and validates data from multiple internal systems and platforms, transforming raw inputs into accurate, analysis-ready formats for stakeholder reporting.
- Develops, maintains, and distributes regular performance reports and operational dashboards on a recurring cadence to support data-driven decision-making across category and sourcing teams.
- Conducts structured data analysis to identify performance trends, supply chain gaps, and category opportunities that inform sourcing strategy.
- Maintains data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytical deliverables, proactively flagging anomalies and areas of opportunity.
2\. Strategic Project Support
- Supports key sourcing and sustainability initiatives by providing structured tracking, status reporting, and analytical inputs on a regular cadence throughout project lifecycles.
- Assists in the development of executive-level presentations and financial content for leadership forums, town halls, and business reviews.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader organizational objectives
3\. Sourcing System Development \& Maintenance
- Supports the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of sourcing tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility across the team.
- Identifies gaps in existing system capabilities and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to implement practical, scalable solutions.
- Conducts system testing for new features and functionalities, ensuring reliability and alignment with business requirements prior to deployment.
- Provides day-to-day system support to end users, troubleshooting issues and maintaining documentation to ensure consistent and accurate system usage.
4\.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serves as a central coordination point across sourcing, logistics, category, and other functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support end-to-end operational execution.
- Consolidates data, inputs, and feedback from multiple stakeholders for cross-functional tasks and initiatives, ensuring timely compilation and clear presentation of aligned outputs.
- Monitors and maintains logistics-related parameters, engaging relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and its alignment with current operational conditions and planning requirements.
- Tracks cross-functional action items and commitments, following up proactively to drive accountability, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain momentum across teams with competing priorities.
5\. On-Site Operations \& Internal Communications
- Provides on-site operational support, serving as a reliable local point of contact for team coordination and day-to-day activities.
- Produces and edits internal communication materials, including newsletters and multimedia content, to a professional standard.
- Coordinates and facilitates internal learning and knowledge-sharing sessions, coordinating with key stakeholders, hosting, and post-session documentation.
