ETL Developer

Role: Lead azure data engineer (ETL informatica)

• Role Description:
• • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for BI and Data Warehouse systems.
• • Design and develop ETL mappings, workflows, and reusable components using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud.
• • Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• • Perform performance tuning of ETL processes, including partitioning, caching, and pushdown optimization.
• • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• • Implement data integration strategies for heterogeneous sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Flat Files, VSAM).
• • Ensure compliance with Agile Waterfall methodologies and ITILITSM processes.
• • Provide technical leadership in migration projects and cloud integration (Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse).
• • Support QA, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions within stipulated timelines.

• Required Skill Set:
• Job Description:
• • Tech Lead for Azure DB along with ETLInformetica (Autosys, Informatica, Oracle, SQL, Unix, Azure Data Bricks)
• • Development experience in SQL, PLSQL (Oracle, DB2) ETL, Informetica, Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud., Autosys.
• • Experience with Azure Cloud services (Data Factory, ADLS, Cosmos DB, Synapse). Exposure to Python, Java, and scripting (UNIXLinux).
• • 6 years of IT experience in Azure Data bricks and ETL development.
• • Strong hands-on experience with ETL Informatica PowerCenter, Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and relational databases (Oracle, DB2).
• • Hands on experience in Migration Project of ETLInformtica to Azure DB.
• • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M) and version control (GitHub).
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Experience in leading teams and managing project delivery."
