Pay Rate:

$50-60/hour (depending on years of experience)

Required Skills \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prosci Change Management certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
• 7\+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives
• Proven experience supporting an ERP transformation, preferably with SAP
• Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies and best practices
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change efforts for a large‑scale ERP transformation. This role will be responsible for driving adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business readiness across impacted stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep change management expertise, strong executive presence, and hands‑on experience leading enterprise technology transformations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end change management strategy and execution for an ERP transformation program
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform targeted change plans
• Develop and execute integrated change plans sponsor plans, people management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies
• Partner closely with business leaders, program leadership, and functional teams to align change activities with program milestones
• Design and deliver executive‑level communications and leadership enablement materials
• Support resistance management, coaching leaders to reinforce change behaviors
• Define and track change metrics to measure adoption, readiness, and business outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders throughout the transformation lifecycle

IG Consultants:

While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2\.

• Pay Day:

You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.

• Holidays/Time Off:

While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are the hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
