Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Gurugram. The Product Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms, from initial ideation to final handoff to development. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, defining user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and refining visual interfaces that align with Tutedude’s brand and learning philosophy. The role also involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and content teams to iterate on features, validate design decisions with users, and ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience. The Product Designer will use data, feedback, and design thinking to continuously improve product usability and overall learner satisfaction.

Qualifications

ng product design skills, including experience designing end-to-end digital products and translating business goals into intuitive user experiences.

  • Expertise in design thinking and user-centered design methodologies to frame problems, generate ideas, and create practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in user research and UX research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Solid visual design capabilities, with a strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and interaction design for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, and to iterate based on data and user feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in edtech or designing learning-related products is a plus.
