Inside Sales Support Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative to join our fast-growing team!

Position Title: Inside Sales Support Representative

Territory: North Florida / Jacksonville

Compensation: Annual salary of $50k-$70k, depending on experience and industry knowledge

Duties: Your role on our team is to provide support to our sales representatives, customers, and contractors. This entails a number of duties including, but not limited to:

• Communicating with our vendors on pricing, availability of product, and lead times
• Generating quotes and invoices
• Facilitating delivery of product and scheduling of services
• Maintaining \& managing inventory
• Resolving order concerns and discrepancies
• Assisting walk-in customers

Requirements:

• Knowledge of pumps, water \& wastewater systems, and rotating equipment (preferred)
• Ability to stay organized
• Solid communication skills
• Self-motivated \& driven personality
• Valid driver's license
• Clean background check
• Clean drug test
