Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the communications strategy and content calendar.
- Create and execute push notifications, in-app messages, and CRM/lifecycle campaigns.
- Plan and deliver internal communications to support change management initiatives.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Manage audience segmentation and personalized messaging.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Technology teams.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital communications, or customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with push notification and in-app messaging platforms.
- Strong campaign management, copywriting, and audience segmentation skills.
- Experience measuring and optimizing communication performance through analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with mobile apps, digital products, or customer engagement platforms.
- Exposure to customer communication tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting app launches, product rollouts, or digital transformation projects.
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
