Performance Marketing \+ Growth Manager

to join an internationally recognised premium consumer brand entering an exciting new phase of global growth.

This is far more than a traditional paid media role.

You'll own global customer acquisition across

Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest

, developing strategy, optimising campaign performance and driving measurable commercial growth across international markets.

Working closely with the CEO and wider marketing team, you'll combine commercial thinking with hands-on execution, using data to uncover opportunities, improve performance and shape the future of the brand's digital growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the global performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, optimisation, audience strategy and budget allocation.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across international markets.
• Analyse performance using GA4, attribution modelling and conversion tracking.
• Build testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, landing pages and customer journeys.
• Partner with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to continually improve campaign performance.
• Deliver reporting, forecasting and commercial insights to senior leadership.
• Identify new growth opportunities through ongoing testing and optimisation.

You're a Fit If You...

• Bring 6\+ years' experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or Paid Media.
• Have deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with TikTok and Pinterest experience highly regarded.
• Understand full-funnel customer acquisition and how to optimise for commercial outcomes.
• Are confident using GA4, attribution modelling and conversion tracking.
• Love analysing data, testing ideas and improving performance.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
• Enjoy collaborating across creative, digital and commercial teams.
• Have experience within premium consumer, fashion or lifestyle brands (highly regarded).
