- Review pull requests and code from other contractors to maintain development quality.
- Support website performance and conversion improvements through testing and ongoing iteration.
- Assess project requirements, scope work effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.
Communicate proactively with clients and team members to keep projects moving forward.

- Solid HTML and CSS skills, with the ability to accurately implement designs from Figma.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and modern front-end development tools.
- Ability to work independently, understand project requirements, estimate and scope tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and sound technical judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify Plus and checkout customization.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or similar platforms.
Contract Details and Work Arrangement
- Part-time contract engagement supporting ongoing web development projects, with potential for expanded hours, long-term retainer work, or full-time employment.
- Remote work with a flexible working environment focused on quality delivery and work-life balance.
- Availability during Pacific or Eastern Time Zone business hours is required.
- The initial engagement includes part-time project support, with the possibility of a broader role as the working relationship develops.
