What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair equipment and structures
  • Safely operate cutting torches, welders, and related tools to support plant operations
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify needed repairs to reduce equipment downtime
  • Follow established safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and effectively
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Commitment to performing work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
