Technical Program Manager (ERP Implementation Experience Required)

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic business transformation efforts. This role requires a strong leader who can align technical execution with business objectives while managing complex programs across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs from planning through execution and delivery.
• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define priorities and drive results.
• Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Drive governance, delivery processes, and continuous improvement across programs.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading large, complex initiatives.
• Prior experience managing or supporting ERP implementations and enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and drive successful program outcomes.
