The Role

We have built an AI platform for finance and investment professionals that integrates with critical applications to create a unified intelligence layer. Our platform serves as the central nervous system for financial organizations, connecting disparate systems and workflows through a sophisticated AI layer.

As a Software Engineer, you will join our small and talent-dense team where your contributions will directly impact the future of our company. You will solve unique technical challenges at the intersection of AI and finance, building systems that serve as the operational backbone for large financial enterprises with their complex, interconnected infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Drive core product development across our full stack (Python, React/TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Build systems where financial accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Improve retrieval and context systems to efficiently process financial information at enterprise scale.
• Design agent architectures to coordinate complex financial tasks with high reliability.
• Develop verification and auditability systems for AI outputs.
• Build the central integration layer that connects with critical financial applications across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills across the full stack.
• Proven track record building impactful projects or production code.
• Experience with our tech stack: Python, React/TypeScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
