Payroll, Benefits, \& HR Administrator
Farmington Hills, MI (On-Site)
Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, HR compliance, and HRIS management. This role plays a key part in ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing strong support to employees in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR compliance across dealership operations
- Process weekly and monthly payroll, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments
- Maintain payroll records, reconcile accounts, and support payroll reporting and audits
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Manage employee records, HRIS updates, and employment changes (hires, terminations, leaves)
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and 401(k) tracking
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits and HR-related questions
- Oversee FMLA, workers’ compensation, and compliance-related processes
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 1-3\+ years of experience in payroll, HR, and benefits administration
- Strong understanding of payroll practices, taxes, and compliance
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Paylocity and/or dealership systems preferred
