Product Sourcing \& Procurement Manager

to lead the sourcing and procurement process for custom promotional products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and has a strong background in international sourcing and supply chain management.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales, Art, and Operations teams to identify the best manufacturing solutions, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure exceptional product quality and delivery. What You'll DoStrategic Sourcing \& Procurement

• Partner closely with cross functional teams to review and process customer and sales rep RFQs.
• Source products from factories and suppliers, primarily in Asia, with a focus on quality, value, and timely delivery.
• Leverage your knowledge of suppliers and manufacturing capabilities to identify the right factory for every project.
• Analyze quotes, including unit costs, tooling/mold charges, packaging, and freight considerations.
• Evaluate market conditions and supplier capabilities to recommend the best sourcing strategy for each product category.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and production timelines to maximize value for both our customers and company.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Art Department to coordinate product mockups, proofs, tech packs, and sampling.
• Ensure all artwork, approvals, and production requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
• Work closely with internal teams to drive projects from concept through production and delivery.

Vendor \& Factory Management

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international suppliers and factory partners.
• Objectively evaluate supplier performance, capabilities, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed on manufacturing trends, new product opportunities, and emerging sourcing markets.
• Proactively resolve production, quality, and logistics challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.

Process Improvement \& Communication

• Drive efficient communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, sourcing processes, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
• Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking ForExperience

• 3\+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or product development.
• Promotional products, manufacturing, or consumer goods experience strongly preferred.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to retain and manage large amounts of product, supplier, and project information.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and manufacturing in Asia, particularly China.
• Experience analyzing costs, freight, tariffs, and logistics.
• Proven success negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and international partners.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort using technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
