🔍 Role Overview

The

Business Analyst – Retail Operations

will analyze store performance, identify operational trends, and generate insights that improve efficiency, workforce planning, inventory management, and customer experience across our multibrand retail network.

You will collaborate closely with retail, logistics, HR and technology teams to gather business requirements, refine processes, and measure the impact of the rollout of new tools and operational initiatives. Daily responsibilities include preparing dashboards and reports, conducting variance and profitability analyses, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Data Mastery:

Cleaning, exploiting, and modeling large datasets.

• KPI Control:

In-depth tracking of key performance indicators and business alerts.

• Smart Budgeting:

Support in setting commercial targets.

• Value Creation:

Designing Business Cases and conducting project post-mortems.

• Actionable Insights:

Proposing data-driven actions to improve business performance.

💼 Key Requirements

• Education:

Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

• Experience:

2 to 3 years in business analysis, consulting or financial planning / controlling,

• Languages:

Fluency in English

• Tech Skills:

Advanced Excel wizardry

• Soft Skills:

Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and proactivity.
