Executive-level advisory services supporting organizations with strategic growth, organizational effectiveness, operational improvement, people strategy, and long-term business success.

Leadership Development

Customized leadership development programs focused on building stronger leaders, improving communication, strengthening accountability, increasing team effectiveness, and creating high-performing organizations.

Speaking Engagements

High-impact keynote presentations and transformational workshops focused on leadership, resilience, organizational culture, performance, and sustainable organizational growth.

This opportunity operates under an

independent contractor, performance-based partnership model

and is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and significant long-term earning potential.

The Opportunity

You will play a direct role in helping expand Intupact Group by:

  • Building relationships with organizations and decision makers
  • Creating new business opportunities that lead to long-term strategic partnerships
  • Introducing organizations to Intupact Group’s advisory, leadership development, and speaking solutions
  • Expanding the Intupact brand through trust-based business development and strategic networking
  • Helping organizations discover solutions that improve leadership, culture, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business performance

Compensation Structure

This opportunity is performance-based and designed to reward individuals who create meaningful business opportunities and long-term client relationships.

For long-term

Fractional Advisory partnerships

, compensation is structured as follows:

• 15% of qualified new business opportunities during the first year of partnership

• 5% recurring compensation annually for as long as the client relationship remains active

Additional compensation opportunities exist across

Leadership Development programs

and

Speaking Engagements

, with compensation structures aligned to the value and scope of each opportunity created.

Specific compensation structures for additional service offerings will be discussed as part of the partnership process.

This structure is designed to reward individuals who create long-term value and sustainable business relationships.
