Role Summary

The Demand Generation Manager is a senior marketing professional responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue generation. This role serves as the operational hub for campaign activity at StrategyCorps—managing the campaign pipeline, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and disciplined executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and is passionate about data-driven marketing. This role works closely with the CMO, sales leadership, and the broader marketing team to ensure that campaign strategy translates into real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive campaign pipeline—overseeing ideation, planning, scheduling, execution, and post-campaign analysis across all active and upcoming initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, digital advertising, direct mail, events, and content marketing
  • Partner with the CMO and sales leadership to align campaign strategy with business goals, target audience priorities, and revenue objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and field marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordinated campaign delivery
  • Establish and track KPIs for each campaign; conduct A/B testing and ongoing performance analysis to drive continuous optimization
  • Manage campaign budgets with accountability for spend, ROI tracking, and identification of cost efficiencies
  • Oversee vendor and agency relationships as needed, including contract negotiation and performance management
  • Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports and post-campaign recaps for CMO and leadership stakeholders with actionable recommendations
  • Ensure all campaigns meet brand standards, messaging guidelines, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify new campaign opportunities and inform strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7\+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong focus on campaign management, demand generation, or integrated marketing
  • Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results against defined business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), and campaign performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail and project management discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience managing budgets and maintaining accountability for campaign spend and ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing within financial services, SaaS, or fintech environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or pipeline-focused demand generation programs
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP), digital marketing, or related disciplines
  • Experience with graphic design tools or marketing production workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
