About the Role
Join a growing People Operations team and help build world‑class HR processes from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at a transformational moment and directly shape how People Operations functions globally.
Responsibilities
People Operations Execution
- Own and process onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, compensation updates, and offboarding.
- Deliver a structured, seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure timely, compliant execution of HR transactions across multiple countries.
- Partner cross‑functionally to support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and data accuracy.
- Escalate risks, inconsistencies, or compliance gaps as needed.
Employee \& Manager Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Interpret policies and employment requirements across multiple geographies.
- Help identify recurring themes and develop scalable solutions (documentation, automation, improved workflows).
- Support the development of a case management or service delivery model.
HR Systems \& Data Integrity
- Own accurate data entry and lifecycle transactions within Workday (strongly preferred).
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
- Manage employment documentation, verification needs, and record retention.
- Support system testing and process documentation.
Process Improvement \& Scalability
- Build and maintain SOPs, internal playbooks, and global workflows.
- Improve clarity and self‑service through documentation and knowledge resources.
- Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and drive operational improvements.
- Support new policy and program rollouts in a fast‑scaling environment.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Shared Services.
- Hands‑on experience with an HRIS (Workday highly preferred).
- Experience supporting global or multi‑country workforces.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and data privacy.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail, operational rigor, and ownership mindset.
- HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR, etc.) is helpful but not required.
