About Us

We are launching an engineering consultancy office in Riyadh with a long-term vision focused on quality, sustainability, technical excellence, and modern engineering solutions across the Saudi market.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Consultancy Engineering Office Manager to help establish, organize, and grow the consultancy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how engineering consultancy offices operate in Saudi Arabia and can help bridge technical operations, administration, team coordination, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and operational launch of the engineering consultancy office

• Coordinate day-to-day office and project operations

• Assist in recruiting and organizing technical teams and external consultants

• Help establish workflows, documentation systems, QA/QC processes, and office procedures

• Coordinate with government platforms, approvals, and local stakeholders where required

• Support proposal preparation, client coordination, and project tracking

• Assist management in business development and strategic growth activities

• Help build relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients in Saudi Arabia

• Ensure smooth communication between technical, commercial, and administrative functions

Preferred Background

We are open to candidates from different engineering disciplines, including:

• Architecture

• Civil Engineering

• Construction Management

Preferred Qualifications \& Experience

• Experience working in engineering consultancy offices over 10 years.

• Experience in the Saudi market or GCC region strongly preferred over 5 years

• Existing professional relationships and industry familiarity in Saudi Arabia is highly valued

• Understanding of engineering consultancy workflows and project coordination

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a growth environment

• Arabic and English proficiency (writing \& speaking) is a must
