Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support workforce planning, headcount tracking, compensation, and other HR initiatives.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models and reports, including advanced use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation.
  • Review, interpret, and reconcile data from HR systems to identify trends, discrepancies, and process gaps.
  • Support HR systems and tools, acting as a point of contact for end users and resolving system-related issues.

  • Assist with process improvements related to HR operations, reporting, and systems functionality.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership and HR stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Capital, HR Operations, or HR Analytics experience, ideally within a professional services or public accounting firm.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets.
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting HR system or data issues.
